Support - Connection - Growth

Music is more than sound

It is connection, expression and wellbeing

Music Therapy can support children, young people and adults of all abilities to communicate, express themselves, regulate emotions, feel more connected and work towards emotional and physical wellbeing goals.

About me

I’m Paul, a qualified and HCPC-registered Music Therapist based in Enniskillen, supporting children, young people, adults, and older adults through evidence-informed music therapy.

I use music to help people strengthen communication, emotional expression, wellbeing, and connection in a safe and supportive environment. Sessions are tailored to each individual and may include improvisation, songwriting, singing, listening, or creative music-making — with no musical experience needed.

I have experience working with people with additional needs, autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, neurological conditions, and those experiencing life changes or emotional difficulties. My approach is person-centred, compassionate, and collaborative, helping each person engage with music in a way that feels meaningful and empowering.
